Anne C. Warehime

Ms. Warehime joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Portfolio Manager for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. She is responsible for underwriting primary market leveraged loans and monitoring investments for the Firm, with industry experience covering Healthcare transactions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Warehime was a Senior Analyst in the Bank Loan group at Invesco, where she was responsible for underwriting and monitoring par and distressed debt investment opportunities across the Healthcare, Telecommunications and Cable & Satellite sectors. Prior to that, she worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an Associate in the Senior Loan group. Ms. Warehime earned her BBA in Finance from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
