Chris Born

Mr. Born joined Golub Capital in 2016 and is a Principal on the Sales and Trading team. He is responsible for broadening the Firm’s distribution network in order to facilitate syndication, as well as providing insights on underwriting and financial structures for LBOs, recapitalizations and refinancings. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Born served as a Vice President of Leveraged Loan Sales at Credit Suisse, where he covered par and distressed accounts, focusing on both primary transactions and secondary loan trading. Mr. Born earned his BS degree magna cum laude in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
