Graham Kohan

Mr. Kohan joined Golub Capital in 2021 and is a Principal on the Golub Capital Credit Opportunities team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and monitoring opportunistic credit investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Kohan was a Director in the Credit group at BC Partners Advisors LP. Prior to this position, he worked at The Carlyle Group as a Senior Associate on the Direct Lending team, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to that, Mr. Kohan worked at HIG Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting investments across the CLO, BDC and stressed/distressed credit strategies. Mr. Kohan also worked at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised clients in the Transportation and Aerospace & Defense industries. Mr. Kohan earned his BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan.
