Graham Medak

Mr. Medak joined Golub Capital in 2016 and is a Senior Vice President on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Medak was an Analyst in the Sponsor Finance group at Antares Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting investments in support of PE clients’ leverage buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancing. Prior to this position, he worked at GE Capital as a Senior Analyst in GE’s Investment Analyst Leadership Program, where he analyzed transactional risk for asset based, cash flow and securitization facilities. Mr. Medak earned his BS in Finance, Economics and Information Systems from Loyola University of Chicago. He received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
