Justin Karp

Mr. Karp joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is a Managing Director on the Golub Capital Credit Opportunities team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and monitoring opportunistic credit investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Karp worked in the Investment Banking department at Shattuck Hammond Partners, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as both debt and equity financings. Mr. Karp earned a BBA degree, with a dual concentration in Finance and International Business, from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
