Landis Wood

Mr. Wood joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Managing Director for the Structured Products group. He is involved in structuring and executing Golub Capital’s structured debt financings and securitization facilities. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Wood worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP, where he focused on structured finance and capital markets transactions, including broadly syndicated and middle market collateralized loan obligations, credit warehouse facilities and public and private credit card securitizations. Mr. Wood earned his BA degree in Political Science and Interpersonal Communication from Central Michigan University. He received a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
