Patrick W. Hayes

Mr. Hayes joined Golub Capital in 2008 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for leading the Workout group as well as executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Hayes was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Global Sponsor Finance Workout group at GE Capital, where he developed and implemented strategy to manage the group’s troubled, high profile accounts. Prior to this position, Mr. Hayes was Vice President in the Corporate Finance group at Heller Financial, where he sourced, underwrote and managed participations in large-market, syndicated cash flow loans. Mr. Hayes earned his BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
