Paul Armsby

Mr. Armsby joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Armsby served as a Vice President at Jefferies, where he worked on broadly syndicated bank and bond financings. Prior to this position, Mr. Armsby worked at GE Capital, where he helped establish the Senior Secured Loan Program that provided unitranche loans to middle market companies, and also worked on first and second lien transactions. Mr. Armsby earned his BS degree in Management and Systems from City University, London. He received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
