Robert is a Managing Director on the Golub Growth team. He works with the leadership teams of software businesses to design flexible financing solutions tailored to their unique goals. Robert joined Golub Capital in 2014.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Robert was a Vice President with NXT Capital, where he worked on a team that was responsible for providing senior and subordinated debt investments in technology companies. Prior to that, Robert was a Senior Associate at Medley Capital, where he worked in the investment banking and advisory practice. Prior to this position, he served as an Associate at Exigen Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and funding middle market acquisitions, carve-outs and start-ups. Robert started his career in the audit and advisory practice at Frank, Rimerman & Co.

• University of California at Santa Cruz, BA – Business Management Economics, with a focus in Finance & Accounting

Interests

Outside of work, Robert is an avid skier who enjoys traversing the slopes at The Palisades with his two girls, Liat and Evie. During the summer months, he attempts to mountain bike, and would admit he’s still quite the novice. When not in the mountains, Robert enjoys traveling and eating all types of fun and unique cuisines with his wife Natalya, and occasionally even attempts to replicate a few dishes.
