Ms. Grad joined Golub Capital in 2009 and is Vice Chair and Chief Client Officer, responsible for global client development, client and product strategy and the Firm’s client facing capital formation efforts. She also focuses on building and nurturing strategic investor relationships across the institutional and wealth intermediary market segments globally.
Ms. Grad was previously a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Investor Partners Group overseeing the Firm’s global business development, corporate development, product specialists and the investor relations teams. Ms. Grad has over 20 years’ experience leading capital formation and raising assets for alternative and credit-related strategies. Prior to joining Golub Capital, she worked in senior fundraising capacities for both private debt and hedge fund platforms. Ms. Grad started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan.
In 2023, Ms. Grad was recognized as a “Women of Influence” by Private Debt Investor. In 2022, Ms. Grad was recognized by Wall Street Journal Pro Private Equity on its “Women to Watch” list. In 2018, Ms. Grad was recognized as a “Top 20 Rainmaker” by Private Debt Investor. She is a Charter Angel and Sustaining Angel of 100 Women in Finance. Ms. Grad is also an affiliate member of the AFL-CIO through the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
Ms. Grad earned her BS degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
