Mr. Alcala joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Alcala worked in the Investment Banking department at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Alcala earned his BBA degree, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Alexopoulos joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is Co-Head of the Firm’s Direct Lending business. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for overseeing origination, deal execution and capital markets. Mr. Alexopoulos was previously a Senior Managing Director and Head of Originations. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Alexopoulos worked at Silver Point Capital, where he was on the Commercial Finance team that provides senior and junior capital to middle market companies. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at GE Capital’s Global Sponsor Finance group, where he originated, structured and executed middle market private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to this position, Mr. Alexopoulos worked in GE Capital’s Restructuring group, where he managed the workout of distressed portfolio investments. Mr. Alexopoulos earned his BA degree in Economics from Cornell University. He received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Anand joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Solutions Group, responsible for new product development for the Firm. He was previously Co-Head of Corporate Development, where he developed and executed strategic projects for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Anand was a Director at Pernod Ricard, where he sourced, structured and executed U.S. acquisitions and managed transformational strategic initiatives. Prior to this position, Mr. Anand was a Vice President at Pillsman Partners, where he originated and executed middle market private equity transactions. Previously, Mr. Anand was an Associate at Evercore Partners, where he advised investment banking clients on M&A transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Anand worked at Deutsche Bank in an internal strategy role. Mr. Anand earned his BS degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. He received an MBA in Finance & Economics from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Aplington joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Aplington was an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance group at NXT Capital, where he underwrote, executed and monitored senior debt investments. Mr. Aplington began his career at PwC in the Financial Services Assurance practice. Mr. Aplington earned his BBA in Accounting and French from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Mr. Beckmann joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Beckmann was a Vice President in Antares Capital’s Originations group, where he sourced, structured, executed and managed first lien, second lien and unitranche loans. Prior to this position, he worked in various credit underwriting groups at Antares Capital and GE Capital. Mr. Beckmann earned his BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Mr. Benton joined Golub Capital in 2008 and is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Investor Partners Group, which includes the Firm’s Global Institutional Sales, Private Wealth, Structured Products, BDC, Product Specialist and Investor Relations teams. He was previously Head of Structured Products, responsible for the design and execution of a variety of financing products, lines of credit and other financings for the Firm as well as overseeing Golub Capital’s investments in securitization liabilities. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Benton was a Vice President in the Structured Products group at Wachovia Securities, where he originated, structured and marketed collateralized loan obligations, small business loan transactions and various types of structured debt financings. Mr. Benton earned his BA degree magna cum laude in Business and Economics from the University of the Pacific.
Mr. Benton joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director within the Investor Partners Group. He leads program management for Golub Capital’s BDC business, which encompasses the Firm’s public and private BDCs. He also serves as an officer of GBDC. He was previously a Managing Director in the Structured Products group, responsible for identifying, developing and executing various capital and liquidity solutions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Benton was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he primarily focused on the specialty finance sector, and led the de novo buildout of a more formalized small/midcap bank investment banking coverage effort. His investment banking responsibilities included developing and leading initiatives for his clients that encompassed capital raising, both equity and debt, as well as providing strategic advisory services to management teams and boards of directors. Prior to that, Mr. Benton led and coordinated investment banking deal teams in a variety of advisory and capital markets transactions. Mr. Benton earned his BS degree with honors in Business Administration and Economics from the University of the Pacific.
Mr. Bernbaum rejoined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to this position, Mr. Bernbaum worked at NXT Capital and was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance group, where he executed and monitored senior debt investments. Prior to that, he worked at Golub Capital as an Assistant Vice President on the Direct Lending team, where he assisted with the underwriting and monitoring of investments for the Firm. Prior to that, he worked in Livingstone Partners’ Debt Advisory practice, where he advised clients on debt capital markets transactions. Mr. Bernbaum began his career in the Fixed Income group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Bernbaum earned his BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Born joined Golub Capital in 2016 and is a Principal on the Capital Markets team. He is responsible for broadening the Firm’s distribution network in order to facilitate syndication of private credit and syndicated loans, as well as providing insights on underwriting and financial structures for LBOs, recapitalizations and refinancings. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Born served as a Vice President of Leveraged Loan Sales at Credit Suisse, where he covered par and distressed accounts, focusing on both primary transactions and secondary loan trading. Mr. Born earned his BS degree magna cum laude in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Bubb joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Bubb was an Associate at Bain Capital Credit, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring primary investments and secondary market activity. Prior to this position, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Moelis & Company, where he advised on M&A and restructuring transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Bubb worked at NERA Economic Consulting, where he advised on securities and finance transactions and litigation. Mr. Bubb earned his BA in Economics and Spanish from Middlebury College. He received an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Burt joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for overseeing Golub Capital’s distribution, marketing and client service activities in the private wealth channel in North and South America. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Burt was a Managing Director in the U.S. Wealth Advisory business at BlackRock, where he was the Head of Alternatives Distribution. Prior to this position, he was a Managing Director and National Sales Manager for the Wirehouse channel at BlackRock. Previously, Mr. Burt worked in several leadership roles at BlackRock, including as National Sales Manager for the Bank channel and the Private Client and Institutional team. Prior to that, Mr. Burt worked at Nuveen Investments in various sales and distribution roles. Mr. Burt earned his BA in International Relations from The University of Virginia. Mr. Burt is a CFA® Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Philadelphia Society of Financial Analysts.
Mr. Burton joined Golub Capital in 2021 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for overseeing restructuring activities and managing equity positions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Burton was a Managing Director at Medley Capital, where he oversaw and lead restructuring and workout activities. Prior to this position, he worked at White Oak Merchant Partners as a Director on the Direct Lending team, where he focused on middle market debt origination, underwriting and portfolio management. Mr. Burton began his career with J.P. Morgan Securities in the syndicated and leverage finance group, where he helped underwrite and issue leverage loan transactions. He also worked at The Royal Bank of Scotland, Emporia Capital Management and BTIG. Mr. Burton earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors in Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Canada.
Mr. Cannon joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for executing, underwriting and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Cannon was an Analyst in the M&A and General Industrials groups at UBS Investment Bank, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as both debt and equity financings. Mr. Cannon earned his BA degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
Mr. Capasso joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is Managing Director and Senior Lending Counsel within the Direct Lending department. He is responsible for the legal review of middle market lending transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Capasso was a Vice President and Counsel at Jefferies Finance, where he was responsible for the legal review of various lending transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Capasso worked as an Associate in the Bank Finance group at White & Case LLP. Prior to this position, he was a pilot in the United States Air Force. Mr. Capasso earned his BS degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy. He received a JD cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law.
Mr. Caretsky joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, structuring, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Caretsky was in the Financial Sponsors group at Credit Suisse, where he covered large cap and middle market private equity clients across various products, including debt, equity and M&A. He was responsible for transaction origination and execution, with a focus on leveraged finance. Prior to this position, he worked in Oppenheimer’s private equity group, and prior to that, he worked in Blackstone’s private equity finance group. Mr. Caretsky earned his BBA in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He received an MBA with honors in Strategy and Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Ms. Carmody joined Golub Capital in 2019 and is the Chief Administrative Officer of Direct Lending. She is responsible for partnering with other groups to build a robust platform to expand, maintain and utilize DL data. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Direct Lending, responsible for the business operations, technology and talent infrastructure to support the department’s growth. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Carmody was the Chief Operating Officer for Family Management Corporation and its affiliates, including a registered investment advisory business and broker dealer serving high net worth families and non-profit organizations. Prior to this position, she worked for more than two decades at Barclays. She was a Director and Chief Operating Officer for multiple global credit, capital markets and lending businesses within the company. Ms. Carmody earned her BA (Hons) in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester in the U.K. She received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Mr. Cashman joined Golub Capital in 1996 and is Co-Head of the Firm’s Direct Lending business. He is responsible for overseeing origination, deal execution and capital markets. Mr. Cashman is a member of the Firm’s Investment and Watchlist committees and is a Director or Advisory Director of a number of the Firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Cashman worked in various finance positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., reporting to the CFO and acting as Manager of Business Development for the venture capital arm of Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Consumer Medicines division. Prior to that, Mr. Cashman spent four years as a Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co., serving emerging growth companies. Mr. Cashman earned his BS degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He received an MBA from the Darden School of Business.
Mr. Chan joined Golub Capital in 2005 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Chan worked for Insight Venture Partners, where he sourced and executed growth equity investments. Mr. Chan earned his BS degree in Finance from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Chang joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Chang was an Executive Director in the Financial Sponsor group at J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for originating and executing debt, equity and M&A transactions for both large and middle market private equity clients. Prior to this position, Mr. Chang was an Assistant Vice President in ABN AMRO’s Asset Securitization group, where he originated, structured, executed and monitored asset-backed conduit commitments and securities transactions. At ABN AMRO, he was also a member of the Global Commercial Paper Funding desk. Mr. Chang earned his BA degrees, with a Special Honors distinction, in Economics and Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago. He received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Mr. Charette joined Golub Capital in 2013 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Capital Markets business for Direct Lending. He is responsible for structuring, pricing, and syndicating transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Charette worked at RBS Securities, where he underwrote, structured and syndicated leveraged finance transactions for U.S. and European financial sponsors and corporations. He also served as a Portfolio Manager in the firm’s Global Restructuring Group. Prior to that, Mr. Charette was in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors group at First Union Capital Markets, where he helped provide one-stop capital solutions to financial sponsors. Mr. Charette earned his BS degree cum laude in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
Mr. Chediak joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for overseeing restructuring activities and managing equity positions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Chediak was a Director in the Special Asset Management group at Barclays, where he managed distressed and special situation positions. Prior to this position, he worked at Macquarie Capital as a Vice President in the Restructuring and Special Situations group, where he advised stressed and distressed companies and creditors in restructurings. Mr. Chediak earned his BS degree in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Chheang joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director on the Corporate Development team. He is responsible for developing and executing strategic projects for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Chheang was a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Asset Management, where he sourced and executed strategic M&A, principal investments and other broader strategic initiatives. Prior to this position, he was an Engagement Manager at Ernst & Young in Financial Services. Mr. Chheang earned a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
Ms. Chiang joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. She is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in Greater China and Southeast Asia for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Chiang was Director and Head of Greater China and Southeast Asia at Cerberus Capital Management, where she raised capital across private credit, private equity, hedge fund and real estate strategies. Prior to this position, she was a Director at Park Hill Group, of PJT Partners and formerly part of the Blackstone Group, fundraising various private market strategies in APAC. Prior to that, Ms. Chiang was an investment professional at Grosvenor Capital Management, based out of Hong Kong investing in Asian private funds. Ms. Chiang began her career with Deutsche Bank and then with Standard Chartered Bank. Ms. Chiang earned her BS degree summa cum laude in Finance and Accounting from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Ms. Chu joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Product Specialist team. She is responsible for supporting business development and investor relations as a subject-matter expert for the Firm’s private funds. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Chu worked at Antares Capital, where she structured debt transactions for leveraged companies for the purposes of LBOs, acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings and capital expenditure programs. Ms. Chu began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she structured debt transactions for companies in the Industrial and Natural Resources industries and for U.S. municipalities. Ms. Chu earned her BA degree in Business Administration and received a Masters of Accounting from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Chung joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in Korea for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Chung was a Managing Partner at OSR Holdings, where he oversaw the company’s capital financing and investor relations. Prior to this position, he was Head of Global Alternative Investment team at Shinhan Investment, where he established and led the company’s fund placement business and LP investments. Prior to that, Mr. Chung was Head of Prime Brokerage Services team at Mirae Asset Securities, where he focused on servicing Korean hedge fund clients. Mr. Chung began his career at Shinhan Investment, where he held various positions in Investor Relations, Global Derivatives Trading and Equity Sales. Mr. Chung earned his BS degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Colaizzi joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Solutions Group, responsible for new product development for the Firm. He was previously Deputy General Counsel on the Legal and Compliance Team, responsible for representing Golub Capital in all transactions in which the Firm obtains financing, including collateralized loan obligations, lines of credit and other financings. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Colaizzi was an Associate in the Finance and Real Estate group at Dechert, where he represented asset managers in the negotiation of collateralized loan obligation and other asset financing debt transactions. Prior to this position, he worked at Cohen & Grigsby as an Associate on the Business Services team, where he represented private equity funds, asset managers and commercial banks in mergers and acquisitions and acquisition financing transactions. Mr. Colaizzi earned his BA in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University. He received a JD summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Conners joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Director on the Structured Products team. He is responsible for structuring and executing collateralized loan obligations, lines of credit and other structured debt financings for the Firm. Mr. Conners is also responsible for the firm’s foreign currencies and rates hedging activity, and other derivatives management and execution activities. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Conners was an Associate Attorney in the Global Finance practice group at Dechert, where he was responsible for private equity and credit fund formation matters, CLO and CMBS securitizations, various types of loan originations and a variety of representations of 501(c)(3) organizations and low-income individuals. Prior to this position, he worked at Bridgewater Associates as a Commodities and Fixed Income Trader, where he focused on a variety of asset classes, including credit default swaps, credit default index swaps, base metals and foreign exchange instruments. Mr. Conners earned his BA degree summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with honors in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University. He received a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
Mr. Crabb joined Golub Capital in 2012 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Crabb was a Managing Director leading Fifth Third Bank’s Sponsor Leveraged Finance team, where he provided senior debt financing to middle market companies. Prior to this position, he was a Director at CapitalSource’s Corporate Finance group, where he originated, structured and executed senior-secured, junior-secured and subordinated debt leveraged finance transactions. Before this position, Mr. Crabb was a Vice President at GE Capital, where he was responsible for executing and monitoring subordinated debt investments. He began his lending career at Heller Financial’s Merchant Banking group. Mr. Crabb earned his BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. He received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Cunningham joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Director in Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in the private wealth channel for the Firm on the West Coast of the U.S. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Cunningham was a Director in the U.S. Wealth Advisory business at BlackRock, where he managed Private Wealth Management relationships within the Wires and was the Alternative Investment Sales Specialist for the West Coast for Wires and RIA. Prior to this position, he worked at Morgan Stanley as a Regional Director and Vice President in the Consulting Group. Mr. Cunningham earned his BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Cushman joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Cushman was a Managing Director in GE Antares Capital’s Originations group, where he originated and evaluated new lending opportunities, including first lien, second lien and unitranche loans. Prior to this position, he was a Managing Director in Oaktree Capital Management’s Mezzanine Finance group, where he helped manage institutional investment funds. Prior to that, Mr. Cushman was a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank’s Securities Global Financial Sponsors group, where he structured and executed strategic and financing transactions. Mr. Cushman earned his BA degree in Economics from Colgate University. He received an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Ms. Czarnecki joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is the Chief Information Officer. She is responsible for designing and delivering state-of-the-art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk and grow revenue for the Firm. She also defines, manages and executes a robust cybersecurity and data governance program, while overseeing the Technology Solutions department’s infrastructure, team and vendor relationships. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Czarnecki was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she held multiple technology leadership positions focused on global application development, technology strategy and program management. Prior to this position, she held technology management roles at Van Kampen Investments, Budget Rent-a-Car and First Chicago. Ms. Czarnecki earned her BA degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University. She received an MS degree in Communication and Systems Strategy Management from Northwestern University.
Mr. D’Anna joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Director in Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in the private wealth channel for the Firm in the Northeast of the U.S. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. D’Anna was a Director in the U.S. Wealth Advisory business at BlackRock, where he was the Market Leader and partnered with financial advisors in the Wirehouse channel and served on the Commercial Strategy Council. Prior to this position, he held several other distribution roles working with financial advisors in the New York Metropolitan area. Previously, Mr. D’Anna was the Head of Closed-end Funds for BlackRock, where he was responsible for managing existing and new client relationships. Prior to that, Mr. D’Anna worked at Legg Mason on the sales desk. Mr. D’Anna earned his BA in Management from Gettysburg College and has earned the right to use the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Mr. Delp joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Director on the Structured Products team. He is responsible for structuring and executing lines of credit and other structured debt financings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Delp was an Executive Director in the Markets division at J.P. Morgan, where he led the North American Credit Financing team and originated, negotiated, and executed bilateral financing solutions. Prior to this position, he worked as a Vice President on the Export Finance Advisory team, where he managed agency relationships, deal origination and execution in the Americas. Prior to that, Mr. Delp worked in the Prime Brokerage group, where he led Client Solutions for Cash and Liquidity Markets. Mr. Delp earned his BA in Economics from Harvard University.
Mr. Derman joined Golub Capital in 2019 and is a Managing Director and Head of Sales & Trading on the Capital Markets team. He is responsible for broadening the Firm’s distribution network to facilitate syndication and secondary trading of private credit and syndicated loans, as well as providing market insights to assist with underwriting and structuring of LBOs, recapitalizations and refinancings. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Derman held senior trading, investing and capital markets positions at Imperial Capital LLC, Aristeia Capital LLC and Silver Point Capital LP. Prior to this, he worked at Bear Stearns & Company and GE Capital, where he served as a senior capital markets professional focused on below investment grade credit and junior capital. Mr. Derman earned his BA in Economics from Colgate University. He received an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Mr. Duckett joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Duckett was a Regional Head of Institutional Sales and Head of U.S. Strategic Pension Clients at Schroders, where he was responsible for direct sales of defined contribution and defined benefit solutions to corporate pensions, endowments and foundations. Prior to this position, he worked at MFS Investment Management as a Director on the West Coast Institutional Sales team. Prior to that, Mr. Duckett worked in AllianceBernstein’s Institutional group, where he helped open the regional Institutional Investment Management office in Los Angeles and San Francisco and focused on client service and marketing. Mr. Duckett earned his BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin. He received an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley.
Mr. Dunnigan joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of National Accounts in Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for overseeing relationships with National Accounts in the private wealth channel for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Dunnigan was a Director at Lazard Asset Management, where he led relationships with national and global financial institutions. Prior to that, Mr. Dunnigan worked at Goldman Sachs, PIMCO and Fidelity, where he worked with manager research analysts, investment allocators and consultants at institutions specializing in wealth and asset management services, workplace savings programs and insurance solutions. Mr. Dunnigan earned his BA in Political Science from Bates College. He is a CFA® Charterholder and has earned the right to use the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Mr. Fernandez joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fernandez was an Officer and Credit Portfolio Manager in the Corporate Banking group at Northern Trust, where he underwrote and executed debt investments in middle market and large cap companies across a diverse range of industries. Mr. Fernandez earned his BBA in Finance from the Tippie College of Business at The University of Iowa.
Mr. Flynn joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is the Chief Operating Officer of Direct Lending. He is responsible for supporting Direct Lending across business management and organization, business strategy and financial planning and projects. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Flynn was Head of Private Markets and Strategic Partnerships for Carne Group, where he led the development of the Firm’s U.S.-strategy build. Prior to this position, he worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management as Chief Operating Officer for the Firm’s Alternatives and Private Markets businesses, where he led most non-portfolio management functions, including strategy, product development, operations, regulatory change, risk and controls and ESG. Mr. Flynn began his career as a Financial Economist at the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, DC. Mr. Flynn earned his BA in Economics and Business Administration from Benedictine College. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He also serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Montclair Community Pre-K, a non-profit that seeks to provide high-quality early education to all children in the community regardless of financial means.
Mr. Fuks joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for managing special situation activities and investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fuks was Head of Special Situations and Managing Director at Trilantic North America, where he led an opportunistic cross-capital structure investing strategy. Prior to this position, he worked at Bardin Hill Investment Partners as a Managing Principal, where he sourced, underwrote, structured and managed event-driven, special situation and distressed investments in public and private markets. Prior to that, Mr. Fuks worked in D. E. Shaw & Co.’s Credit Opportunities group, where he focused on restructuring and distressed situations. Prior to that, Mr. Fuks was an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Group. Mr. Fuks earned his AB in Government from Dartmouth College. He received a JD from Columbia Law School.
Mr. Fulk joined Golub Capital in 2004 and is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Originations on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fulk worked in the Merchant Banking group at Indosuez Capital, where he evaluated investments in middle market companies. Mr. Fulk earned his BS degree cum laude in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
Mr. Gabuzda joined Golub Capital in 2009 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Gabuzda was an Assistant Vice President at GE Antares Capital, where he structured, underwrote and participated in the documentation and syndication of leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors. Mr. Gabuzda earned his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He received an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
Mr. Gehrs joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for monitoring and managing investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Gehrs was a Director in the Business Advisory practice at Huron Consulting Group, where he advised companies, creditors and other constituents in distressed situations. Prior to this position, he was a Managing Director of a family office, where he sourced, underwrote and managed distressed senior secured debt. Prior to that, Mr. Gehrs was a Special Assets Officer at Fifth Third Bank and a Restructuring Officer at CapitalSource Finance, where he developed and implemented strategy in managing high profile, troubled accounts. Mr. Gehrs began his career in KPMG’s Assurance practice. Mr. Gehrs earned his BS degree in Finance and Accountancy from Miami University. He is a registered CPA.
Mr. George joined Golub Capital in 2008 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Structured Products. He is responsible for structuring and executing collateralized loan obligations, lines of credit and other structured debt financings for the Firm. He also helps oversee Golub Capital’s investment portfolio of third party securitization liabilities. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. George worked at LaSalle Bank, where he specialized in real estate-focused collateralized debt obligations. Mr. George earned his BS degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Gerdes joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Director on the Product Specialist team. She is responsible for supporting business development and investor relations as a subject-matter expert for the Firm’s private funds. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Gerdes was an Asset Management Consultant at GCM Grosvenor, where she was responsible for developing firmwide client and business strategy for sustainable investing across public and private markets. Prior to this position, she worked at Guardian Life Insurance, where she advised on the sourcing and closing of a minority investment in an alternatives firm through due diligence, board recommendation and approval. Prior to that, she worked at Nuveen as a Managing Director on the Multi-Asset Solutions team, where she executed and oversaw business and client strategy for the platform and harnessed the entirety of the Firm to deliver customized multi-asset solutions and products for clients globally. Ms. Gerdes began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she designed and managed multi-asset portfolios for investors and served as a subject-matter expert for the Firm’s multi-asset capabilities. Ms. Gerdes earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Applied Investment Management, from Marquette University.

He was a White House Fellow and served for fifteen years as Treasurer of the White House Fellows Foundation. He was Chairman of Mosholu Preservation Corporation, a non-profit developer and manager of low-income housing in the Bronx. He served for fifteen years as a trustee of Montefiore Medical Center, the university hospital of the Albert Einstein Medical School.
Previously, Mr. Golub was a Managing Director of Bankers Trust Company. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella, where he established the firm’s capital markets group and debt restructuring practice. Mr. Golub started his career at Allen & Company Incorporated where he engaged in private equity, leveraged finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Greenhaus joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is the Head of BSL Workout. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Greenhaus was a Managing Director on the Opportunistic Credit team at CIFC Asset Management, where he focused on credit and equity opportunities across stressed and distressed issuers. Prior to this position, he worked at Logen Asset Management as a Vice President, where he focused on distressed, event-driven, and leveraged credit and equity opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Greenhaus worked at Whippoorwill Associates as a Senior Research Analyst, where he focused on middle market distressed situations. Mr. Greenhaus earned his BBA from the Emory University Goizueta Business School. He received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Mr. Haldi joined Golub Capital in 2019 and is a Senior Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Haldi was a Director on the Corporate Finance team at NXT Capital, where he originated, structured and executed senior debt financing for middle market companies. Prior to that, Mr. Haldi was a Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the Financial Services Assurance group. Mr. Haldi earned his BS degree magna cum laude in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
Mr. Hatsukaiwa joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in Japan for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Hatsukaiwa was Head of Private Asset Sales and Product at Schroder Investment Management, where he established the company’s private asset business platform and oversaw the company’s capital raising and investor relations for private assets. Prior to this position, he was a Managing Director at Alternative Investment Capital, where he oversaw private equity, private debt and infrastructure investments for the fund of funds business and led capital raising of the firm. Prior to that, Mr. Hatsukaiwa was engaged in private equity investments at Mitsubishi Corporation. He earned his BS degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo and MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Herried joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Product Specialist team. He is responsible for supporting business development and investor relations as a subject-matter expert for the Firm’s private funds. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Herried was a Vice President in the Credit Product Strategy group at BlackRock, where he focused on capital raising and product development for their U.S. and European direct lending businesses. Mr. Herried earned his BBA in Finance from University of San Francisco. He received an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ms. Herzberg joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Responsible Investing. She is responsible for implementation of the Firm’s responsible investing practices, communicating them to key stakeholders and driving continuous improvement. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Herzberg was the Head of U.S. Product Development and Management at Credit Suisse Asset Management (“CSAM”), where she led development and management of CSAM’s suite of U.S. based investment products. Prior to this position, she worked at CSAM as the Head of Legal for U.S. and Latin America Fund Structuring, where she led the Legal team and supported fund structuring and product launches. Prior to that, Ms. Herzberg was a Senior Associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in their Investment Funds Group, where she focused her practice on private funds formation and regulation. In 2020, Ms. Herzberg was recognized as a “Rising Star” at the Markets Choice Awards for Women in Finance. Ms. Herzberg earned her BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College and her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Mr. Hurst joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Mr. Hurst has over 20 years of experience in alternative and private investments and has worked closely with institutional and private clients globally. He serves on the Board of Trustees and as Vice Chair of the Investment Committee of the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) Foundation, where he helps manage more than $600 million in assets. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Hurst was the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Acorn Advisory Capital. Prior to this position, he worked at Stelliam Investment Management as the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations. Prior to that, Mr. Hurst was a Managing Director and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Plural Investments. Mr. Hurst also served in senior fundraising and investor relations roles at Private Advisors, Lazard, UBS O’Connor, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Hurst earned his BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Husson joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Consultant Relations within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Husson was a Managing Director in the Americas Client Business group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he co-led the consultant relations efforts. Prior to this position, he worked at Dorchester Capital Advisors as a Director on the Institutional Services team, where he communicated portfolio performance, attribution, positioning and outlook to clients and prospective clients. Prior to that, Mr. Husson worked at Putnam Investments, where he produced thought leadership and customized research for Putnam’s most sophisticated clients and prospective clients. Mr. Husson earned his BA in Economics from Michigan State University. He received a MSc in International Economics from Suffolk University and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Mr. Husson is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Mr. Jacobson joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Business Development group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Jacobson worked at Stern Capital, a private investment firm, where he led the firm’s expansion into private debt and equity transactions. Prior to this position, Mr. Jacobson served as a Managing Director and one of four partners overseeing Indosuez Capital’s Merchant Banking group, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and oversaw the group’s origination and structuring of senior loans, mezzanine debt and private equity co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobson was an Associate in the law firm of Jacobs, Persinger and Parker, where he drafted documents relating to acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements, leveraged buyouts and debt financings. Mr. Jacobson earned his BA degree cum laude in English and Sociology from Tulane University. He received an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a JD from American University’s Washington College of Law.
Ms. Joyeux joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Institutional Sales within the Investor Partners Group. She is responsible for business development and investor relations for the Firm. Previously, Ms. Joyeux was Associate Director of the Credit Monitoring Group at Golub Capital, where she focused on credit monitoring, portfolio management and valuation. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Joyeux worked in the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance & Advisory Services groups at Ernst & Young. Ms. Joyeux earned her MBA/BBA in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Pace University. Ms. Joyeux is also a CPA (inactive).
Mr. Kaminski joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Kaminski was an Executive Vice President in the client management group at PIMCO, where he focused on institutional and family office client service and business development. Prior to this position, he was a Research Analyst at Alterra Capital, where he focused on fixed income and alternative investment strategies. Prior to that, he worked at Alstra Capital and Gabelli Asset Management. Mr. Kaminski earned his BA in Political Science and International Studies from Yale University. He received an MBA from Columbia Business School. Mr. Kaminski is also a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Kenny joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Kenny was the Head of Consultant Relations at Octagon Credit, representing the Firm’s BSL and CLO platform. Prior to this position, he worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Client Advisor on the Institutional team, where he was responsible for raising capital for the Firm’s proprietary investment platform across all asset classes including OCIO and LDI solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Kenny worked in J.P. Morgan’s Middle Market Commercial Banking group as a banker where he worked on cash flow and asset-based teams. Mr. Kenny earned his BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Kleiman joined Golub Capital in 2011 and is a Managing Director and Head of the Golub Capital Insights team. He oversees the Firm’s thought leadership program and corporate messaging, and supports the Firm’s Investor Partners Group as a subject-matter expert for the Firm’s private funds. He also oversees implementation of the Firm’s responsible investing and corporate responsibility practices as Chair of Golub Capital’s Responsibility Committee. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Kleiman was an investment professional at D. E. Shaw & Co., where he focused on fundamental credit and equity strategies. Prior to this position, Mr. Kleiman was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in the financial services and consumer sectors. Mr. Kleiman earned his BA degree summa cum laude in Psychology from Yale University.
Mr. Lambie joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting and monitoring European transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Lambie was a Principal at Apollo Global Management in London, where he originated and executed mid-market direct lending transactions for private equity sponsors across Europe. Prior to this position, he was a Partner and founding team member at Beechbrook Capital in London, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments for the firm’s private debt funds. Mr. Lambie began his career at Goldman Sachs, where we worked in Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance in New York and London. Mr. Lambie earned his BA degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Morehouse College.
Mr. Lamoureux joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is the Chief Financial Officer of GC Advisors LLC. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Lamoureux was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking group of National Bank of Canada, where he executed and oversaw growth investments within the Financial Services sector. Prior to this position, Mr. Lamoureux was an Associate at Putnam Lovell NBF Securities, a boutique investment bank focused on the Financial Services industry. Prior to that, Mr. Lamoureux was an Associate at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Lamoureux earned his BBA degree in Accounting and a Graduate Degree in Public Accountancy from HEC Montreal. He received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Mr. Lamoureux is a CFA® Charterholder and a CPA in Canada.
Ms. Lee rejoined Golub Capital in 2022 and is the Chief Operating Officer of Golub Capital Credit Opportunities. Prior to this role, she led the organization of transaction data for business units and tracking within the Firm’s systems and launched and managed the Settlement team. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Lee was an Associate in the Asset Backed Securitization group at J.P. Morgan, where she originated and underwrote investment grade programs. Ms. Lee earned her BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.
Mr. Leonard joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Senior Director and Portfolio Manager for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. He is responsible for underwriting primary market leveraged loans and monitoring investments for the Firm, with industry expertise covering Finance, Insurance and Industrial transactions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Leonard was a Vice President at Monroe Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring direct lending and middle market investments within the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Leonard earned his BS degree in Finance from DePaul University. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Levinson joined Golub Capital in 2011 and is the Chief Operating Officer of Golub Capital. He also serves as the Firm’s Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, and as an officer of GBDC. He is responsible for managing the legal, compliance, product solutions, marketing, communications, content and responsible investing functions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Levinson was Counsel at Magnetar Capital, and before that, in private practice at King & Spalding and Wilson Sonsini. Mr. Levinson earned his BS degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He received a JD cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Associate Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. Mr. Levinson has earned the right to use the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Ms. Lin joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. She is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Lin worked at The Carlyle Group, where she originated, structured and executed middle market private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to that, she was at Churchill Financial and Antares Capital Corporation/GE Asset Management, where she executed new middle market deals, managed transaction teams and structured and executed complex corporate recoveries and turnaround strategies for highly distressed portfolio investments. Ms. Lin earned her BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. She received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Loehrke joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team. He is responsible for structuring, pricing, and syndicating transactions for the Firm. Mr. Loehrke was previously co-head of the Firm’s Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Loehrke was with GE Asset Management (f/k/a Antares Asset Management), where he handled deal sourcing, underwriting, primary and secondary trading and portfolio management for six CDO vehicles. Before serving in this capacity, he participated in the structuring, underwriting, documentation, syndication and management of Antares’ direct middle market loan transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Loehrke worked at Arthur Andersen LLP in the Transaction Services group. Mr. Loehrke earned his BSA degree with highest honors in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Lynch joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director on the Golub Capital Insights team. He is responsible for supporting fundraising, thought leadership and brand-building efforts across a variety of products and investor segments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Lynch was a Managing Director in the equity research group at KBW, where he primarily covered business development companies and the direct lending industry. Prior to this position, he worked at KPMG as an Associate on the external audit team, where he worked on audit engagements covering a broad cross-section of industry sectors. Mr. Lynch earned his BS degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He received an MS in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He is CFA® Charterholder and also a CPA.
Ms. Malhotra joined Golub Capital in 2011 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. She is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Malhotra worked at Wind Point Partners, where she executed private equity investments in middle market companies. Ms. Malhotra began her career in the Investment Banking division at J.P. Morgan, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings. Ms. Malhotra earned her double major cum laude and with honors in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Manzano joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director on the Product Specialist team. He is responsible for supporting business development and investor relations as a subject-matter expert for the Firm, strategies and products. Previously, Mr. Manzano was a Partner, Managing Director and co-head of the Senior Debt Business in the Private Debt group at AEA Investors, where he was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of middle market club and syndicated leveraged loans. Prior to this position, he was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Callidus Capital Management, where he managed several collateralized loan obligations. Prior to that, Mr. Manzano was an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance group at Merrill Lynch & Co. and began his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Manzano earned his BA in Government from Cornell University. He received an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
Mr. Matson joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Matson was an Analyst in the Leverage Finance group at RBC Capital Markets, where he structured financings across a variety of debt products. Mr. Matson earned his BBA in Finance and Accounting from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Ms. McCarthy joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of National Accounts for Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. She is responsible for overseeing relationships with National Accounts in the private wealth channel for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. McCarthy was a Managing Director in the National Accounts group at BlackRock, where she led some of the most senior client partnerships in U.S. Wealth Advisory. Ms. McCarthy also served as Head of Client Experience at BlackRock, establishing the standard of excellence in the client servicing model for the National Account team. Prior to that, Ms. McCarthy worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Management and Pioneer Investments in various sales and distribution roles. Ms. McCarthy earned her BA in Spanish and Marketing from Boston College. Ms. McCarthy is a Board member for Expect Miracles Foundation, a non-profit organization which rallies the financial services industry to invest in life saving cancer research.
Mr. Meagher joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Meagher was a Director in the Financial Sponsors group at Deutsche Bank, where he was a Coverage Officer for large-cap and middle market private equity clients. He was responsible for transaction origination and execution, with a significant focus on leveraged finance products. Prior to that, Mr. Meagher worked in Deutsche Bank’s Workout group, where he managed the restructuring of distressed portfolio exposures across the Bank’s leveraged loan and commercial real estate books. Mr. Meagher earned his BA degree cum laude in English from Dickinson College.
Mr. Medak joined Golub Capital in 2016 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Medak was an Analyst in the Sponsor Finance group at Antares Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting investments in support of PE clients’ leverage buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancing. Prior to this position, he worked at GE Capital as a Senior Analyst in GE’s Investment Analyst Leadership Program, where he analyzed transactional risk for asset based, cash flow and securitization facilities. Mr. Medak earned his BS in Finance, Economics and Information Systems from Loyola University of Chicago. He received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Ms. Miller joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Senior Director on the Direct Lending team. She is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Miller was an Executive Director in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance group at UBS, where she covered large-cap and middle market private equity clients. Prior to this position, she worked at Deutsche Bank as an Associate on the Financial Sponsors team, where she was responsible for transaction origination and execution. Prior to that, Ms. Miller worked in various credit underwriting and portfolio management groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Ms. Miller earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She received an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Mr. Mimeault joined Golub Capital in 2021 and is the Chief Operating Officer of the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for the business operations, technology and talent infrastructure to support IPG’s growth. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Mimeault was a Director in the Asset Management Division at Credit Suisse, where he was the Global Distribution COO and Head of Americas Strategy and Client Delivery. During his 14 year tenure at Credit Suisse, Mr. Mimeault also served as a COO in the Global Equities Division in London. Prior to that, he worked at BlackRock in the former Advisory Solutions Group, where he focused on financial institutions’ consulting, analytical, capital markets and strategic advisory needs. Before that, Mr. Mimeault held various Business Strategy, Business Development and Sales roles at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Mimeault earned his BS in Finance, Global Management and Economics from Binghamton University.
Ms. Moore joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director and Head of European Originations. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of European transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Moore was a Managing Director in the Corporate Credit Group at Guggenheim Partners, where she led the direct lending origination business in Europe. Previously, she was the Head of Debt Finance in London for Barclays, where she was responsible for providing debt solutions for middle market corporations and sponsor-led transactions. Ms. Moore has also worked at Versatus Advisors, Nomura, West LB and Societe Generale. Ms. Moore earned her BA in Commerce from University College Dublin. She received an MSc in Finance from the Smurfit Graduate Business School at University College Dublin.
Mr. Moran joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Senior Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Moran was an Executive Director in the Financial Sponsors group at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for originating and executing debt, equity and M&A transactions for large and middle market private equity clients. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he served as an Officer in the United States Navy in various assignments. Mr. Moran earned his BA degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross. He received an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Mr. Morrison joined Golub Capital in 2011 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Broadly Syndicated Loans. He is responsible for leading credit underwriting, portfolio management and marketing for the group. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Morrison was Director of Research and a Portfolio Manager at Deerfield Capital Management. Mr. Morrison earned his BA degree in Economics from Valparaiso University. He received his MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Mr. Morse joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Morse was a Director at Park Square Capital, where he was responsible for European Consultant and U.K. Investor Relations. Prior to this position, he worked at Alcentra as an Executive Director, where he was responsible for U.K. sales. Prior to that, Mr. Morse worked in Muzinich and Company’s Business Development group, with responsibility for U.K. institutional clients. Mr. Morse earned his BA in History from Newcastle University.
Mr. Myers joined Golub Capital in 2013 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Myers worked at AEA Investors, where he was responsible for originating and executing senior and mezzanine debt and equity co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Myers worked at J.P. Morgan Chase within the firm’s Leveraged Finance group. Mr. Myers earned a BBA, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Naylor joined Golub Capital in 2013 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. She is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Naylor was a founding member of Amalgamated Capital and Abacus Finance, where she originated, executed and monitored senior capital for lower-middle market companies. Prior to that, she held positions at both CapitalSource, CIT Group and GE Antares Capital, where she structured and executed middle market private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Ms. Naylor began her career at Heller Financial as an Analyst in the Sponsor Finance group. Ms. Naylor earned her BBA degree cum laude in Finance and International Business from Ohio University.
Mr. Nebel joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Senior Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Nebel was an Associate in the Sponsor Finance group at BMO Financial Group, where he was responsible for pitching, underwriting and monitoring middle market cash flow loans to private equity-backed companies, specifically within the software vertical. Mr. Nebel earned his BBA degree in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Mr. Nemzin joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Nemzin was a Senior Investment Analyst in the corporate finance group at Prudential Capital Group, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring private debt placements in middle market companies. Prior to this position, he worked at MB Financial as a Credit Analyst. Mr. Nemzin earned his BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Mr. Oder joined Golub Capital in 2008 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Oder was a Director at Merrill Lynch Capital, where he originated, structured, underwrote, executed and managed middle market leveraged finance transactions. Prior to this position, Mr. Oder worked at Fleet Capital Corporation as a Business Development Officer and Underwriter. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he worked in the Transaction Services group and Commercial Audit practice. Mr. Oder earned his BS degree magna cum laude in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign and is a CPA (inactive).
Mr. Olea joined Golub Capital in 2019 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Olea was a Vice President on the U.S. Private Capital team at BlackRock, where he originated and executed debt investments for middle market companies. Prior to this position, he worked at Highbridge Capital Management on the Mezzanine Lending team, where he focused on subordinated debt and structured equity investments. Mr. Olea began his career in the Leveraged Finance division at Goldman Sachs, where he underwrote, syndicated and restructured deals across all industries. Mr. Olea earned his double major magna cum laude and with honors in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
Ms. Patel joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. She is responsible for managing client service and support for Global Institutional Sales. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Patel was a Director in the Business Development and Client Service group at Fiduciary Management Associates. Prior to this position, she worked at Aurora Investment Management as a Manager on the Business Development and Client Service team. Prior to that, Ms. Patel held various roles at Nuveen Investments. Ms. Patel earned her BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
Mr. Persohn joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Senior Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of Business Development for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. He helps oversee the marketing and fundraising efforts for the group. He is also responsible for underwriting primary market leveraged loans and monitoring investments for the Firm, with industry expertise covering Business Services, Cargo Transportation, Chemicals and Energy transactions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Persohn was a Senior Vice President at Kramer Van Kirk Credit Strategies, where he was a credit team leader and responsible for underwriting and monitoring par and distressed debt investment opportunities. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Deerfield Capital Management, Credit Analyst at Black Diamond Capital Management and Vice President of Global Markets at ABN AMRO Incorporated. Mr. Persohn earned his BBA degree summa cum laude in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
Ms. Picard joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Institutional Sales within the Investor Partners Group. She is responsible for business development and investor relations for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Picard was Managing Director in the Americas Institutional Business at BlackRock, where she was the Head of U.S. Pensions. Prior to this position, she was a Partner and Director of Marketing at Stelliam Investment Management, where she led the marketing and client relationship team. Prior to that, she worked at Raven Asset Management. Ms. Picard began her career at Lehman Brothers. Ms. Picard earned her BA degree in Linguistics from the State University of New York at Albany. She received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Ms. Potenta joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director and Head of Insurance Solutions within the Investor Partners Group. She is responsible for offering tailored and diversified direct lending solutions to insurance clients for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Potenta was a Senior Managing Director at MetLife Investment Management, where she was the Global Head of Private Capital and responsible for managing the assets of insurance companies, pensions and a portfolio of private debt and equity investments. Prior to this position, she was a Senior Director and Head of International Private Placements at New York Life Private Capital Investors, where she led all non-US private placement sourcing, origination, credit underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to that, she was a portfolio manager on the Asset-Backed Securities team at Voya Investment Management and began her career in public accounting. Ms. Potenta earned her BSBA degree in Accounting from Bucknell University. She received an MBA in Finance from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Mr. Robbins joined Golub Capital in 2004 and is Vice Chair of the Firm. He also serves as an officer of GBDC and a member of the board of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. Mr. Robbins serves on Golub Capital’s Leadership and Operating Committees and has held several other senior positions during his time at the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Robbins was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group at Indosuez Capital. Mr. Robbins earned a BS degree in Economics, with a Finance concentration, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Robertson joined Golub Capital in 2006 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team as well as the Head of Healthcare Finance. He is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Robertson was a Senior Vice President at Antares Capital Corporation, where he led the structuring, underwriting and documentation of transactions. Mr. Robertson also ran Antares Special Opportunities Partners, a distressed debt investment vehicle. Prior to that, Mr. Robertson worked as a Loan Officer at LaSalle Bank. Mr. Robertson earned his BS degree cum laude in Finance and Investments from Babson College. He received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Robinson joined Golub Capital in 2012 and is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Underwriting on the Direct Lending team. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment and Watchlist committees and is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Robinson was a Managing Director at Fulcrum Strategy, where he was responsible for investment research, new idea generation, trade execution and investor relations. Prior to this position, Mr. Robinson was a Managing Director at Freeport Financial, where he was responsible for new business generation and underwriting. Prior to that, Mr. Robinson worked at GE Capital, where he held various leadership positions in the Global Sponsor Finance group and focused on underwriting, new business development and portfolio management. Mr. Robinson earned his BSBA degree in Finance from John Carroll University. He received an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Root joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is a Senior Director and Portfolio Manager for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. He is responsible for underwriting primary market leveraged loans and monitoring investments for the Firm, with industry expertise covering Software transactions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Root was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young. Prior to that, he was a Senior Auditor with the Tax & Business Services group at American Express. Mr. Root earned his BS degree cum laude in Accounting from DePaul University. He received an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Antoni joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Director in Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in the private wealth and institutional channels for the Firm in the U.S. Offshore and Latin America regions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Antoni was a Director in the Institutional Client group at Lazard Asset Management, where he was responsible for developing the U.S. and Latin America offshore wealth business. Prior to this position, he worked at BlackRock, where he delivered the Firm’s capabilities to the international wealth segment. Prior to that, he held various positions at Morgan Grenfell, part of the Deutsche Bank Group, where he was responsible for developing the Latin America Institutional business. Mr. Antoni earned his BS in Communications from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello – UCAB Caracas, Venezuela, where he also received an MSc in Finance.
Mr. Salem joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director and Operating Partner on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for working closely with CEOs, boards of directors and other third-party equity owners to drive value creation initiatives at portfolio companies owned by Golub Capital. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Salem was a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group at Blackstone, where he was responsible for working directly with Blackstone Credit Private Lending portfolio companies on operational and value creation initiatives. Prior to this position, Mr. Salem was Managing Director of Global Operations at Hudson Advisors, the asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds. Prior to that, he held multiple interim crisis management roles (CEO, CFO, COO) while working at Challenger Advisors, and other management consulting roles while working at Zolfo Cooper and Deloitte. Mr. Salem earned his BBA in Finance and BA in Economics from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Ms. Sanders joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is Senior Director and Head of Research for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. She is responsible for underwriting primary market leveraged loans and monitoring investments for the Firm, with industry expertise covering Automotive, Capital Equipment and Restaurant transactions. Ms. Sanders also oversees the Watchlist process, daily credit management tasks and education of credit analysts. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Sanders was a Vice President and High Yield Bond Research Analyst for the Credit Opportunity Fund at Crescent Capital Group. Ms. Sanders earned her BA degree magna cum laude in Finance from Loyola University. She received an MBA with honors in Finance from Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
Mr. Santoriello joined Golub Capital in 2021 and is a Managing Director and Deputy Head of Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for supporting Golub Capital’s distribution, marketing and client service activities in the private wealth channel in North and South America. He was previously Head of the Product Specialist group, responsible for supporting business development and investor relations as a subject-matter expert for the Firm’s private funds, and for developing the Firm’s investor-facing content and messaging. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Santoriello was a Director in the Product Development and Management group at Guggenheim Partners, where he supported distribution as a subject-matter expert and conducted strategic analyses on investment products. Prior to this position, he worked at OpenArc Asset Management as a Senior Analyst, where he oversaw manager research and asset allocation programs. Prior to that, Mr. Santoriello worked in Guggenheim Partners’ Strategic Initiatives group, focusing on strategic projects, business development and fundraising. Mr. Santoriello also served in research and product specialist roles at Fairfield Greenwich Group and BlackRock. Mr. Santoriello earned his BBA, with distinction, from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He received an MBA, with distinction, from the NYU Stern School of Business. He is a CFA® Charterholder and has earned the right to use the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Mr. Schepps joined Golub Capital in 2012 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Schepps was with AEA Investors, where he was responsible for originating and executing senior and mezzanine debt and equity co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Schepps worked in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group at Barclays Capital. Mr. Schmidt joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Schmidt worked on strategic projects in United Airlines’ Sales division. Prior to that, Mr. Schmidt served as a Financial Analyst at Dresner Partners, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt financings. Mr. Schmidt earned his BS degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Mr. Schroeder joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Senior Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for initiating, underwriting and monitoring European transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Schroeder was a Senior Principal at Apollo Global Management, where he originated and executed large-cap and mid-market direct lending transactions for private equity sponsors across Europe. Prior to this position, he worked as a Director at PSP Investments, where he sourced, executed and monitored investments for the Firm’s Credit Investments team. Prior to that, Mr. Schroeder worked in Deutsche Bank’s European Leveraged Finance group, where he arranged, structured and underwrote European LBO and Corporate transactions. Mr. Schroeder earned his Diplom-Kaufmann in Business and Finance from University of Bayreuth in Germany. He also received an Executive Business Excellence degree from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Sharon joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Managing Director on the Golub Capital Insights team. He is responsible for the Firm’s thought leadership and its investor-oriented educational content and messaging. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Sharon was an Executive Vice President in the Product Strategy Group at PIMCO, where he ran the Firm’s global ETF business. Prior to this position, he was a Principal at Blackstone in the Private Wealth Solutions Group, where he conceived and developed the Blackstone University Alts Education program. Mr. Sharon earned his BA in English and Classics from Emory University. He received an MA and PhD in Classics from Boston University.
Mr. Selle joined Golub Capital in 2015 and heads Loan Trading for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. He is responsible for originating, distributing and trading leveraged loans and other fixed income securities in both the U.S. and European markets for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Selle was a Managing Director and Head Trader at Deerfield Capital Management. Prior to this position, Mr. Selle served as a Managing Director at Banc One Capital Markets. Mr. Selle earned his BBA degree in Marketing from the College of St. Thomas. He received an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Mr. Shinnick first joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is Co-General Counsel on the Legal and Compliance team. He manages day-to-day legal and compliance matters for the Firm. Prior to his current position, Mr. Shinnick was Deputy General Counsel of Golub Capital and was responsible for a variety of fund formation and product development initiatives and helped to manage day-to-day legal and compliance matters. Prior to that, Mr. Shinnick was Associate General Counsel & Compliance Officer at IPI Partners, and before that, in private practice at Mayer Brown in the firm’s fund formation practice. Mr. Shinnick earned his BBA in Finance from New Mexico State University. He received an MBA at the University of New Mexico and a JD cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal.
Mr. Simmons joined Golub Capital in 2009 and is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development. He is responsible for developing and executing strategic projects for the Firm. He also serves as an officer of GBDC. He was previously a member of Golub Capital’s Direct Lending team, where he underwrote, executed and monitored investments. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Simmons was a Senior Associate at Churchill Financial, where he executed senior and junior debt investments, as well as equity co-investments in middle market companies, and managed the workout of distressed investments. Prior to this position, he was an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan Securities, where he originated, structured and executed senior and subordinated debt, as well as hybrid and preferred equity transactions for specialty finance and banking institutions. Mr. Simmons earned his BA degree magna cum laude in Mathematics and Economics from Colgate University.
Mr. Soldo joined Golub Capital in 2021 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Golub Capital Credit Opportunities. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Soldo was a Managing Director and Voting Member of the Investment Committee of the Blackstone Strategic Opportunity Fund. Prior to that, he was Head of Europe and Special Situations at Magnetar Capital. He started on the buy-side as an Associate at BC Partners, where he was a member of the private equity deal team. Mr. Soldo earned his BA with honors from Harvard University. He serves on the Advisory Board and as a Guide and Mentor at The Resolution Project, a non-for-profit organization which funds, mentors and supports socially responsible young leaders who have innovative ideas to improve their home communities.
Mr. Steuerman joined Golub Capital in 2004 and is Vice Chair of Direct Lending and Golub Growth. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment and Watchlist committees, oversees the Firm’s Special Situations Team, manages the Golub Growth business and spearheads strategic initiatives. Mr. Steuerman was previously Head of Middle Market Lending and Golub Growth (formerly Late Stage Lending) at Golub Capital. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Steuerman was a Managing Director at Albion Alliance, where he originated, executed and supervised subordinated debt and equity investments for two private partnerships. Prior to this position, he worked as a Vice President at Bankers Trust Alex Brown, and was formerly a member of New York Life Insurance Company’s Private Equity group, managing leveraged senior loans, mezzanine investments, private equity securities and limited partnership assets. Mr. Steuerman earned his BBA degree in Finance from Pace University. He received an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.
Mr. Straub joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He is responsible for managing the operations, treasury, fund accounting, investor communications, tax, technology, operational risk, change management, facilities and administration functions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Straub was Chief Financial Officer at Deerfield Capital Management. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Manager of Financial Reporting during his time at Deerfield Capital Management, and was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Deerfield Capital Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Straub worked at Archipelago Exchange, Z-Tel Communications and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Straub earned his BBA degree cum laude in Accounting from Ohio University.
Ms. Suh joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Director on the Solutions team. She is responsible for new product development and executing strategic projects for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Suh was an Investment Banking Associate in the Industrials group at Goldman Sachs, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, equity and debt financings. Prior to this position, she worked at Riot Games as a Strategy Associate, where she led the launch of its merchandise business. Prior to that, Ms. Suh worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, where she advised clients on various strategic and operational initiatives. Ms. Suh earned her AB degree in Politics from Princeton University. She received an MBA in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Sullivan joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Director on the Insurance Solutions team. He is responsible for offering tailored and diversified direct lending solutions to insurance clients for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Sullivan was Head of Alternative Investments at Allianz Life, where he was responsible for allocating, structuring and collaborating with external asset managers across private credit, private ABS and other asset classes on behalf of the insurance general account. Prior to this position, he worked at Ameriprise Financial’s Columbia Threadneedle, where he supported a number of different fund products and platforms. Mr. Sullivan earned his BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He received an MBA in from University of Minnesota. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Tangorra joined Golub Capital in 2012 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for monitoring and managing investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Tangorra worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he advised middle market clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings. Prior to this position, Mr. Tangorra was with OFS Capital, where he underwrote and monitored senior debt investments. Prior to that, he worked in the Personal Investment Management group of The Northern Trust Company. Mr. Tangorra earned his BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Teichner joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Golub Capital Credit Opportunities. He was previously a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Teichner was in the Financial Sponsors group at Deutsche Bank, where he covered large cap and middle market private equity clients across various products, including debt, equity and M&A. He was responsible for transaction origination and execution, with a significant focus on leveraged finance. Mr. Teichner earned his BBA degree with honors in Finance, Investment and Banking from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Ms. Thew joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is the Head of Marketing. She is responsible for planning and executing marketing and communications programs to grow revenue, increase market share and enhance the Firm’s brand. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Thew was Director of Business Development at Inherent Group, an ESG-focused alternative investment manager, where she was responsible for fundraising, marketing, investor relations, communications and branding. Prior to this position, she worked at Highfields Capital as Director of Investor Relations, where she built and maintained relationships for the firm’s $12+ billion hedge fund and communicated the firm’s investment philosophy, process and portfolio positioning to investors and prospects. She also helped craft communications to investors and media. Prior to that, Ms. Thew was Executive Producer of the Halftime Report on CNBC, where she managed the show’s production team and was responsible for the show’s content, production and brand across TV, web and social media. Ms. Thew earned her AB in Comparative Literature from Princeton University. She received an MSJ in Broadcast Journalism, with a specialization in Reporting Business and Economics, from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
Mr. Thonsen joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Thonsen was an Associate in the Corporate Lending group at GE Capital, where he underwrote and monitored sponsor-backed and non-sponsor investments. Mr. Thonsen began his career in GE Capital’s Investment Analyst Program. Mr. Thonsen earned his BA in Finance and International Business from Gordon College.
Mr. Topicz joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Director in the BDC Group. He is responsible for the program management for Golub Capital’s BDC business, which encompasses the Firm’s private and public BDCs. He also serves as an officer of GBDC. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Topicz was a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he led the Firm’s investment banking coverage effort for the Business Development Company sector. Mr. Topicz earned his BS with honors in Business Administration and Finance from The Ohio State University. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Tuchscherer joined Golub Capital in 2007 and is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Underwriting on the Direct Lending team. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Tuchscherer was a Vice President at GE Antares Capital, where he led the structuring, underwriting, documentation and syndication of leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director in the Asset-Backed Securities group at Heller Financial. Mr. Tuchscherer earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. He received an MBA with honors in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Van der Linden joined Golub Capital in 2013 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Van der Linden worked at StormHarbour Securities, where he focused on M&A within the CLO and fund management sectors, and led the firm’s new issue CLO practice. Prior to this position, Mr. Van der Linden was a Director in the Financial Institutions and Structured Credit Products groups at Wells Fargo. While at Wells Fargo, Mr. Van der Linden was part of the team that focused on structuring, underwriting, marketing and origination for the CLO and Corporate Synthetic groups, as well as advised asset managers on strategic alternatives and divestiture opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Van der Linden was a member of the Emerging Assets group in the Asset Securitization division at First Union Securities. Mr. Van der Linden earned his BA degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
Mr. Van Dussen joined Golub Capital in 2010 and is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Capital Markets business for Direct Lending. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for structuring, pricing and syndicating transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Van Dussen was a Managing Director and Head of Loan Sales for CIT Group. Before that, he was a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for FirstLight Financial Corporation. Prior to this position, Mr. Van Dussen worked at GE Capital, where he focused on middle market structuring, syndication and loan sales. Mr. Van Dussen earned his BA degree cum laude in Finance from Michigan State University. He received an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Van Vuren joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Van Vuren was a Director and Region Credit Officer at NXT Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors. Prior to this position, he worked at GE Antares Capital as a Vice President. Prior to that, Mr. Van Vuren worked at Merrill Lynch Capital. Mr. Van Vuren earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He received an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Verde joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Principal on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting and executing healthcare transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Verde was an Associate at Pritzker Group Private Capital, where he underwrote and executed new private equity investments and supported Pritzker’s existing portfolio companies. Prior to this position, he worked at Robert W. Baird as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he provided analytical support on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financings and other financial advisory services. Mr. Verde earned his BBA degree summa cum laude in Finance and Economics and graduated from the University of Iowa.
Mr. von Rothenburg joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships across all investment offerings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. von Rothenburg was a Managing Director and Co-Founder of New End, a firm with a focus on Primary Fundraising, Direct Investments and Secondary Transactions. Prior to this position, he worked at Oaktree Capital as a Managing Director on the Marketing and Client Relations team, where he was responsible for the Firm’s European fundraising activities. Prior to that, Mr. von Rothenburg served as an investment manager in the Mezzanine Finance group of Intermediate Capital Group. Mr. von Rothenburg earned his Diplom-Kaufmann in Economics and Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
Mr. Wong joined Golub Capital in 2016 and is a Principal on the Capital Markets team. He is responsible for originating, structuring, pricing and syndicating transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Wong worked on the Capital Markets team at Blackstone where he arranged debt and equity transactions for Blackstone’s global corporate private equity group. Prior to this position, he worked at Deutsche Bank in the Leveraged Finance group. Mr. Wong earned his BS degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
Mr. Wood joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Managing Director for the Structured Products group. He is responsible for structuring and executing collateralized loan obligations and other structured debt financings for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Wood worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP, where he focused on structured finance and capital markets transactions, including broadly syndicated and middle market collateralized loan obligations, credit warehouse facilities and public and private credit card securitizations. Mr. Wood earned his BA degree in Political Science and Interpersonal Communication from Central Michigan University. He received a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
Mr. Yum joined Golub Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director in the Global Institutional Sales group. He is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in Korea for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Yum was a Managing Director at Shinhan Investment America, where he oversaw business development and origination efforts for alternative investments and investment banking transactions. Prior to this position, he was a Senior Manager on the Global Alternative Investment team, where he focused on placement business and LP investments across multiple strategies. Before that, Mr. Yum was an investment banker in the Private Equity and Principal Investment teams. Prior to that, Mr. Yum worked at Nomura Research Institute as a consultant in the Business Strategy Consulting Group. Mr. Yum earned his BA degree in Political Science and Economics from Korea University. He received an MSc in Global Management from HKUST Business School.
Ms. Zillitto joined Golub Capital in 2005 and is a Managing Director in Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. She is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in the private wealth channel for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Zillitto worked for Tekmark Global Solutions as a Project Manager, where she consulted for Merck Pharmaceuticals’ Software Integration team. Ms. Zillitto earned her BA degree in International Studies and French from Muhlenberg College.
