Ms. DeLuca joined Golub Capital in 2025 and is the Head of Marketing. She is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy and delivering integrated programs that strengthen brand awareness, deepen client engagement, and drive long-term growth across key client segments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. DeLuca served as Chief Marketing Officer at PGIM Private Alternatives, where she was responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across the Alternatives platform, spanning real estate, agriculture, private credit and private equity secondaries. Prior to this position, she worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Funds business in the Americas, where she was responsible for creating innovative and data-driven strategies to broaden and deepen the relationships with their intermediary client base. During her tenure at J.P. Morgan, she also served as Head of Global Insights, building and leading the team that was responsible for the creation and distribution of the firm’s thought leadership for both institutional and retail clients. Ms. DeLuca earned her BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. She received an MBA from Columbia University.
