Rebecca Trayber

Ms. Trayber joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is the Co-Chief Compliance Officer on the Legal & Compliance team. She is responsible for leading compliance matters for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Trayber was a Member of Sullivan, Wolf, Kailus LLC, where she advised investment advisers and other financial service companies in various legal and compliance matters. Ms. Trayber earned her BA degrees cum laude in Communications and Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University. She received a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, with a certificate in International and Comparative Law.
