Dave Kang

Mr. Kang joined Golub Capital in 2019 and is a Director and Head of Ratings Advisory on the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Kang was a Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets group at Antares Capital, where he provided advice and guidance on all matters concerning credit ratings to external clients and internal partners. Prior to this position, he worked at Deutsche Bank as the Americas Head of IG Ratings Advisory on the Debt Capital Markets team, where he provided capital structure and ratings advisory services to a broad base of corporate and financial clients. Prior to that, Mr. Kang worked in UBS’s Ratings Advisory group, and started his career in credit ratings at Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Kang earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University. He received an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University.
