Joshua M. Levinson

Mr. Levinson joined Golub Capital in 2011 and is Co-General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for managing the Legal and Compliance department and handles day-to-day legal matters for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Levinson was Counsel at Magnetar Capital, where he was responsible for running legal affairs for several business units. Prior to this position, he worked at King & Spalding as an Associate in the Private Equity & Investment Funds group. Prior to that, Mr. Levinson worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a Corporate Associate. Mr. Levinson earned his BS degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He received a JD cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Associate Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. Mr. Levinson has earned the right to use the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
