Justin Matson

Mr. Matson joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Senior Vice President on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Matson was an Analyst in the Leverage Finance group at RBC Capital Markets, where he structured financings across a variety of debt products. Mr. Matson earned his BBA in Finance and Accounting from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
