Mark D. Lindberg

Mr. Lindberg joined Golub Capital in 2008 and is a Senior Vice President on the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Lindberg was an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch Capital, where he was responsible for structuring and syndicating middle market private equity transactions for manufacturing, healthcare and service businesses. Prior to this position, Mr. Lindberg spent time at Fifth Third Bank and First Chicago NBD in capital markets and underwriting roles. Mr. Lindberg earned his BS degree, with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing, from Indiana University. He received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
