Michael Nebel

Mr. Nebel joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Nebel was an Associate in the Sponsor Finance group at BMO Financial Group, where he was responsible for pitching, underwriting and monitoring middle market cash flow loans to private equity-backed companies, specifically within the software vertical. Mr. Nebel earned his BBA degree in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
