Robert A. Schuster

Mr. Schuster joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Senior Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for executing on firmwide strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Direct Lending department’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Schuster was an Associate at Frontenac Company, where he executed majority-stake private equity transactions focused on middle market founder-owned businesses. Prior to this position, he worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he helped provide advisory services for large cap diversified industrial companies. Mr. Schuster earned his BS degree in Finance with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign and was a Bronze Tablet recipient.
