Formed in 1997 and headquartered in Lakeland, Florida, ISN is a value-added distributor that sells more than 100,000 products through an extensive distribution network to over 20,000 unique customer locations that ultimately sell to automotive mechanics and technicians. ISN operates in a highly fragmented industry and enjoys the benefits of being the largest independent wholesaler in the automotive aftermarket tool category. ISN is the key link in the supply chain between manufacturers of automotive tools and equipment and the fragmented group of mobile and stationary jobbers supplied by ISN.
