John Keleghan

Mr. Keleghan joined Golub Capital in 2026 and is Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing the Fund Accounting, BDC Fund Accounting, Investor Communications, Valuations, Operations and Treasury functions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Keleghan was Global Head of Fund Accounting, Treasury and Operations for Oaktree Capital Management, where he was responsible for ensuring comprehensive financial oversight and consistent reporting across Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate and Performing Credit strategies. Prior to this position, he held various positions in finance and fund administration at Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Keleghan earned his BA in Economics from State University of New York-Albany. He received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
