José Santamaría

Mr. Santamaría joined Golub Capital in 2024 and is a Director in the BDC Group. He is responsible for structuring and executing unsecured debt issuances for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Santamaría was a Director in the Debt Capital Markets group at SMBC Nikko, where he executed and advised on multi-currency debt raising, liability management and M&A related financings for Financial Institutions and Emerging Markets. Mr. Santamaría earned his BA in Political Science from Boston College.
