Joseph Capasso

Mr. Capasso joined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Managing Director within the Direct Lending department. He is responsible for leading the team that conducts the legal review of middle market lending transactions and assists in managing special situation activities for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Capasso was a Vice President and Counsel at Jefferies Finance, where he was responsible for the legal review of various lending transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Capasso worked as an Associate in the Bank Finance group at White & Case LLP. Prior to this position, he was a pilot in the United States Air Force. Mr. Capasso earned his BS degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy. He received a JD cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law.
