Rahul Sinha

Mr. Sinha joined Golub Capital in 2025 and is a Managing Director on the Asset-Backed Finance (“ABF”) team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing the ABF portfolio for the Firm’s insurance investors. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Sinha was a Managing Director in the Structured Products Origination group at Guggenheim Securities where he was responsible for originating, executing and placing esoteric assets, including transportation, whole business securitization and digital infrastructure. He was also involved in ratings of feeder funds. Prior to this position, he worked at Rothesay Asset Management as the Head of North America Structured Credit and ABS, where he was responsible for sourcing structured finance opportunities compliant with UK Solvency 2 regulations. Prior to that, Mr. Sinha was an early team member in Athene and Apollo’s Structured Finance group, where he led their asset-backed securities investments for about ten years. Mr. Sinha earned his Bachelors in Technology in Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in India. He received an MBA from Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
