Sebastian Fidelus

Mr. Fidelus joined Golub Capital in 2025 and is a Director on the Insurance Solutions team within the Investor Partners Group. He is responsible for offering tailored and diversified direct lending solutions to insurance clients for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fidelus was a Principal on the Capital Solutions team at Apollo Global Management, where he was responsible for sourcing, origination, underwriting and portfolio management of bespoke private corporate, asset-backed and infrastructure investments for insurance clients. Prior to this position, he worked at Kuvare Insurance Services as a Director, where he led the Firm’s public and private corporate credit investing initiatives and the build out of its asset management platform. Prior to that, Mr. Fidelus worked in Nuveen’s Private Placement group. Mr. Fidelus earned his BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. He received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
